Ages 18+ adult dance class. Fun for ALL levels! We only have a few rules for our adult class: 

1. No judgement zone

2. Have FUN!

3. Leave a little sweaty and not regrety. (yes we know that’s not a real word)

So grab your clean sneakers and comfy clothes and join us for our next class!

An open contemporary class using modern and ballet techniques to create innovative phrase work and progressions across the floor. This class is built for intermediate and advanced dancers age 10+. Adults with experience welcome. Recommend at least 2 years experience in ballet or other technical training.

Open hip hop, ages 10+ & 18+ Intermediate and advanced dancers. Also recommend for any adult with prior dance experience that wants a more challenging class. 

*use of strobe and flashing lights possible 

Open technique, ages 10+. At least two years experience recommended. Please no loose clothing or tennis shoes. Bare feet or ballet shoes and classic ballet attire recommended.

Ages 11-18, this class is reserved for The Dance Loft performance team members. This class will include choreography for performance and competition opportunities. Please contact us to set up an audition. This class requires monthly tuition fees and commitment.
